All products are manufactured to high standards, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We recommend testing samples before full application. Note that some items, like spray paints, are subject to regional restrictions due to safety regulations.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day. Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95, delivered in 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS.

Note: We do not ship to certain remote areas and some Asian countries. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing for international orders.

Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation. If a payment fails, we may cancel your order. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Spray paint shipments might be restricted in some countries.

If your order is delayed, contact us for assistance. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will work with carriers to resolve issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• You include the original receipt or order confirmation.
• You initiate the return process by emailing us within the 15-day window.

Non-returnable items include spray paints, opened craft paints, custom-mixed products, and any items with broken seals due to health and safety reasons. To request a return, use our Return Request Template (available on our website) and send it to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
