Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you adequate time to inspect your paints and ensure they meet your project requirements.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • In resalable condition with seals intact
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
  • Return process initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Spray Paint (due to pressurised container regulations)
  • Craft Paint (opened containers compromise product integrity)
  • Any products with broken seals or opened containers
  • Custom-mixed or special order paints

This policy ensures we maintain the highest quality standards for all our customers.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging
  5. Ship to Us: Send to our Perth address with the RMA number clearly visible
  6. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
